Students from classes Nursery to V celebrated Diwali on October 29 and 30, 2021. The celebrations illuminated their heart with happiness and joy. The students participated in various activities like creating eco-friendly craftwork, decorating diyas, recipe writing, storytelling, rangoli and sweet making with a lot of enthusiasm. They also dressed up as various characters from the Ramayana and spread the message of victory of good over evil. The teachers urged them to celebrate a clean, green and safe Diwali.

“Education is not just restricted to the narrow scope of academics. What equally matters are the life skills and values you acquire through the process, that's how you as a person develop. Mayoor played a huge part in that development process for me. It made me realise that education is not restricted to a simple classroom and a few books; that equal opportunities lie on a football field, a stage or just a simple interaction with another person from another culture. The number of activities I could participate in was endless and diverse and I could choose whatever I liked. This helped me explore various avenues. The experience of being a Mayoorite not only helped me in pursuing my academic interest but also in becoming a better person.”
