The students of classes Nursery - II celebrated the Teej Festival on August 6 and 7, 2021. They dressed
up in traditional Rajasthani costumes and swayed to the beats of folk music.
‘Teej Celebration’ was a part of the theme based integrated project ‘Laheriyo … The waves of the Desert’.
Throughout the month, students participated in the following activities - The Art of Tie and Dye,
Mandana, Collage Work, Painting of the State Symbols, Listening to the Folk Tales, Virtual Puppet Shows
and Show & Tell activity. The children got to know about the Art & Craft, symbols, dances, fairs and
festivals of their state.
