Children from classes Pre-Primary to V celebrated the birth anniversary of two great leaders – Mahatma

Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on October 2, 2020.

It is extremely important for our future generations to understand and imbibe values like truth, non-violence, harmony, morality and simplicity which will inspire them to adapt in these challenging times. 

To commemorate the occasion children enacted and dressed as one of the leaders. They shared facts about the great leaders and their contribution towards freedom struggle and national integration. Online assembly, singing of the prayer song, reciting poems, story-telling about the leaders, plantation activity, craft work and slogan writing were part of the online celebrations.

Children learnt about the three principles of Mahatma Gandhi “Speak no evil, hear no evil, and see no evil.”
