Criteria for CBSE Schools :
Science Stream:
a) Science with Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 80% with 80% marks in Mathematics.
b) Science without Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 80% with 75% marks in Mathematics.
Commerce Stream:
a) Commerce with Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 75% with 75% marks in Mathematics.
b) Commerce without Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 75% with 70% marks in Mathematics.
Humanities Stream:
a) Humanities with Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 70% with 75% marks in Mathematics.
b) Humanities without Mathematics : Minimum Aggregate 70%
A) Science : 1) English 2) Physics 3) Chemistry 4) Maths / Informatics Practices / Psychology / Home Science / Hindi
5) Biology / Economics / Computer Science / Sociology 6) PE / Fine Arts / Music
B) Commerce : 1) English 2) Accountancy 3) Business Studies 4) Maths / Informatics Practices / Psychology / Home Science / Hindi
5) Economics / Computer Science / Sociology 6) PE / Fine Arts / Music
C) Humanities : 1) English 2) Geography / Fine Arts 3) History / Political Science 4) Economics / Computer Science / Sociology

NOTE: 1) Informatics Practices and Computer Science cannot be chosen together.
2) In the Humanities Stream, Fine Arts can be taken either as (2) or (6) subject only.
Procedure for Applying:
- Apply in the prescribed proforma available at the school website, www.mayoorschool.org and send to the school email, office@mayoorschool.org.
OR
- Application on a plain paper along with photo copy of Class X marksheet should be submitted in the School within seven days of the declaration of result.
Personal Interview:
· Only short-listed candidates will be called for the personal interview.
· Aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of the marks obtained in English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
· The above criteria applies to the candidates who’ve passed Secondary School Examination of the CBSE, New Delhi.
· For other Boards, the school reserves the right to modify the criteria of admission.
