The
71st Republic Day was celebrated at Mayoor School, Ajmer with
patriotic zest and fervour.
The
Principal, Shri. Adhiraj Singh graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and
unfurled the Tricolour which was followed by the National Anthem.
The
students shared their views, excitement and disappointments through a talk show
in English and discussion in Hindi on the current issues of NRC & CAA. The
Principal then addressed the gathering. A Cultural Programme on the theme “the
New Republic should be based on diversity, respect and equal rights for all”
was put up in the Multipurpose Hall depicting the glory of our Nation.
The programme concluded with distribution of
sweets among the students.
