The 40th Foundation Day of the school was
celebrated on July 9, 2019. Special assemblies were organized in the Primary
and Secondary sections to celebrate this day. The Principal, Sri. Adhiraj Singh
addressed the assembly and invited the Chief Guests – Smt. Rita Chaturvedi and
Smt. Lata Sharma, (both senior teachers, superannuating later this year) who
shared a few of their memories at Mayoor with the gathering.
It was followed by them planting a tree each in the Primary Block.
The Pre Primary
and the Primary also celebrated the same by presenting poems, putting up a talk
show followed by a quiz based on the school and later cutting cakes to
celebrate the day!
