The simplicity that concealed neither depth nor strength, but gave this moral force its extraordinary power is what defined the Mahatma as well as Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri. The chronicles of Gandhiji speak of an almost disarming ordinariness in his appearance, yet behind it lay a will and conviction capable of moving millions. It was this enduring legacy that students came together in large numbers to remember today, as soulful bhajans, impactful speeches and an engaging Poster Making session brought alive the spirit of both national leaders on their birth anniversaries.

The Primary School joined the celebrations with a charming Dandi March, Gandhiji's Three Wise Monkeys, glimpses of freedom fighters and national leaders, a vibrant patriotic dance and a melodious tabla performance. A thoughtful skit and podcast brought alive his enduring values of truth, simplicity and non-violence, while poster-making and slogan-writing explored sustainable living, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, Be the Change You Wish to See in the World and Swachh Bharat: Gandhiji's Unfinished Dream.
