The workshop was conducted on Saturday, 9 May 2026, where teachers explored how leadership and teaching approaches must evolve to meet the expectations of today’s learners.

The session highlighted the importance of empathy, understanding Gen Z’s mindset, communication and learning style. Key takeaway was that effective leadership is about connecting with them, understanding their perspectives, and creating an environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.  Gen Z learners value inspiration, collaboration, skill development, and personal growth.
