Ten UKG students from Mayoor School, Ajmer, and 25 Pre-Primary students from Athens College, Greece, had an enriching online session on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. Guided by Ma’am Sumona Gupta, Ma’am Pooja Bahl, Ma’am Susan Foote, Ma’am Jasleen Kaur Khurana, and Jagdish Sir, the children engaged in an interactive exchange on the theme ‘Stories That Make Us Think’.
During the session, the
children confidently showcased their story-based drawings to each other and
exchanged thought-provoking questions such as:
• Who do you like reading books with?
• What is your favourite book?
• Which story do you like the most and why?
• If you were a character in any story, which one would you
choose to be?
This interactive session is
part of the long-standing Indo-Greek Online Interactive Program between Mayoor
School, Ajmer, and Athens College, Greece, which began in 2015 with the aim of
promoting cultural exchange and global learning. The earliest sessions were
conducted through Skype, and over the years, the program expanded and transitioned
to platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom. It has also
contributed significantly to the school’s British Council International School
Award portfolio.
