The Cultural Morning was organised for the children of Classes III to V on Saturday, January 28, 2017. Like other programmes, this event too had 100% participation.
The theme for the Cultural Morning was 'Ganga: The Essence of India'. The narrative weaved together a wide array of activities on stage - Drama, Dance and Poetry. It was a mature effort from the young children who with their vivid performances encapsulated the essence of the river and what it means to the land it flows through and people who inhabit its bank. 
The audience rowed with the course of the River from its origin in the state of Uttarakhand, as it flowed into the Gangetic plains of Northern India, eventually descending into the serene Ganga Sagar in the East of the country. The long stretch of hard work put in by the children was evident on the stage as they portrayed and lived different characters.The journey for the children was as exhilarating as the moments on stage. 
The unrestrained applause poured in from all quarters, making it all the more special.
