The MUN Orientation was held on Monday, 5th and Tuesday, 6th May 2025 with over 150 students from Classes VII to XII participating. The event introduced students to the structure and procedures of MUNS, helping them understand global issues and basic diplomacy.

 

The participants were guided and trained by Ms. Ivy Khati and Mr. Arpit Shivnani, who were invited as guest speakers.

 

Ivy, a Humanities student with five years of MUN experience, has served as President of the English Debating Society and was the Deputy Secretary General at the MCGSMUN Conference. She was also a finalist for the Indian Debating Team and aspires to pursue a career in law.

 

Arpit, former CCA Captain and Secretary General of MSA MUN 2nd edition, shared his thoughts on geopolitics, MUN organization, and the role of youth in global dialogue. Day - One covered general rules and procedures, while Day - Two focused on committee sessions - UNGA - DISEC led by Arpit Shivnani and Parth Devnani, and AIPPM led by Ivy Khati and Siddhant Kasliwal.
