Position : Head – Human Resources
Job Description :
We are looking for an accomplished HR professional for the position of Head – Human Resources to lead and strengthen the Human Resources function across its educational institutions.
Job Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent from a recognized university. HR certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Minimum 5 years in leading the Human Resource Department.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compliance, Payroll, Learning & Development, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliances.
- Experience in reputed residential/boarding schools, educational institutions, or similar organisations will be an added advantage.
