Mayo College won the
VIII Mayoor Challenge Cricket Cup Tournament

The Final Match of the 8th edition of Mayoor Challenge Cricket Tournament was played between Mayo College and DBN School at Waddington Ground, Mayoor School on January 24, 2010 which was inaugurated by Shri Paramjit Singh, Sr. D.C.M., North-Western Railway, Ajmer.

DBN scored 82 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs after having put into bat by Mayo College. Bhuvnesh Ken scored 23 runs for DBN and Surya Pratap and Shailesh Jain took 3 and 2 wickets respectively for Mayo College.

In reply Mayo College reached the target losing 5 wickets in 17.1 overs. Chetan Deo Singh and Divyaraj S. Hada scored 26 and 22 runs respectively for Mayo College and Sunny took 2 wickets for DBN.

Surya P. Singh of Mayo College was declared Man of the Match.

The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony Mr. Sanjay Dixit I.A.S., Hony Secretary, Rajasthan Cricket Association gave away the prizes to winners.
